Family Photography in Cozumel

We finally booked our family session

Long Overdue, But So Worth It.

It was finally time for a family photo session, something that had been long overdue. This time, we were lucky enough to have an amazing photographer/videographer on board to help us capture the magic.

Funny enough, it all started with a car. I had seen it once on Ave 65, and ever since, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I knew exactly where I wanted our portraits taken, and more importantly, I knew exactly who I wanted in them: my Sasha and our babies, before they grow up too fast and start refusing to take photos with us like this.

I wanted to freeze this moment in time.

The day before our shoot, I treated myself to a fresh set of nails from Glamin Nails—a magnetic design in a soft pink-rose shade. So cool and unlike anything I’d done before! I also booked them for my makeup on the day of the shoot, and let me tell you... they worked magic. In just one hour, they gave me a natural, glowing look, and I still looked like me! Even better? Despite the heat (yes, it was around 4 PM), my makeup stayed flawless. It didn’t melt at all, which is a small miracle on this island.

To top it all off, my dear friend Crystal from Effy came through with some stunning “bling bling” to mix into my look. I truly shined—especially with that emerald pendant. It matched my dress perfectly and pulled everything together.

Once we were set, we had the most beautiful session, full of laughter, dancing, and just being our little old selves… with the coolest car on the island as our backdrop.

It was a moment to remember—and now we have the photos to treasure it forever.
