A Lighthouse, a Love Story, and a Little Bit of Luck

Some proposals come together easily. Others take a little extra magic. This one had plenty of both.

When our client first reached out, he told us he adored Buccanos, he had even booked dinner there for the evening of his proposal.

But his heart was set on something different for the big question: the iconic lighthouse at Punta Sur.

There was just one challenge… arranging a private proposal there wasn’t exactly straightforward. It took almost a week of calls, messages, and detective-level persistence before he finally got in touch with the director of the park. From there, the plan began to take shape—perfect timing, a private moment, and the breathtaking backdrop of the southern tip of the island.

And then… it rained.

For a while, we worried the weather might wash away all that planning. But as if the universe was in on the secret, the skies cleared just in time. The golden light spilled over the ocean, the waves whispered against the rocks, and the couple stepped into a moment that felt frozen in time.

The proposal was beautiful—intimate, emotional, and perfectly them. We couldn’t help but smile as we watched two people so clearly, deeply in love step into their next chapter.

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do: not just to create events, but to create stories worth telling.
