When Light, Timing, and a Little Improvisation Align

Every day I drive past this spot in Cozumel and think, “I need to do something here.”
The way the light hits, the shadows play across the surfaces, it’s pure art just waiting to be captured.
A few weeks ago, everything finally aligned. I remembered that I still had a few products from one of my favorite clients, sent all the way across the ocean, sitting in the studio.
And that’s when it clicked: why not combine it all?
Timing turned out to be perfect. Just as we were about to head out, a surprise package arrived from Amazon: my son’s birthday croquet set. On a whim, I grabbed one of the mallets, and somehow, it worked.
Sometimes, photography is about planning. Other times, it’s about improvisation, curiosity, and the magic of unexpected inspiration.
One idea, a little flexibility, and suddenly, something extraordinary appears in front of your lens. 💡✨
