Pay it Forward Maya

In case of you have not met Maya, She is the CEO of Mik 'n Drik Photography.

Here are a few things about her you should know;

she is full of energy (always), she loves books and more interestingly she loves to share.

When she was a very small baby, she always loved to give things to us rather than play with it. Even when she played with her friends, she would always give her toys or books to her friends to play with.

In February 2018 Maya will be 2, and I can still I see the same character trait in her - always sharing her things. This gave me an idea to give back and to be more like my daughter.

We, Mik ‘n Drik Photography, decided to take all of Maya's clothes, shoes, and toys that she wasn't using anymore and give them away to our neighbor, who has just had a new baby girl that is a premie. She is so tiny and cute!

So first we did a cute little photo shoot with Maya getting ready to wash all her clothes that she wasn't using anymore. We decided to do it in a fun and cute way. With a 60s theme outfit, an old tin bucket, and one of those very old wooden metal things you use to wash clothes (I have no idea what you call them)

Maya washed and washed and washed some more. She did such a great job!

So well that all the neighbors came out to watch what was happening outsite.

After the photo session, we dried and packed the clothes away.

We waited for nice time to take the present to our neighbor’s and surprise them with our lovely idea.

As you can see by the photos, Maya loved every moment of it.

And did we!

So I encourage you all to be more like your children.

Take the simple things that you see and do something great!

Make a little change in yours and their lives.
